Editing Classification Questions and Answers

In order to gain access to the Classification Administration module, you must possess the appropriate rights.

To edit classification questions and answers:

1. Access the application.

2. On the Settings menu, click Classification Administration. The Classification Administration screen will appear.

3. Select the Classification Type box, and choose Initial Classification or Reclassification from the dropdown list.

4. Select the Classification Question you want to edit from the Classification Questions pane. The question's related information will appear in the Classification Questions and Classification Answers panes.

5. Edit the Classification Question in the Classification Questions pane.

6. Edit the Classification Answer in the Classification Answers pane.

7. Click Save to commit the changes, or click Cancel to abort the action.
