Editing Classification Range Administration Information

 

In order to gain access to the Classification Administration module, you must possess the appropriate rights.

 

To edit classification range administration information:

  1. Access the application.

  2. On the Settings menu, click Classification Administration. The Classification Administration screen will appear, and will default to the Classification Administration tab.

  3. Click the Classification Range Administration tab. The Classification Range Administration screen will appear.

  4. Select the Classification Type box and choose Initial Classification or Reclassification from the dropdown list.

  5. Select the data field you want and edit the information.

  6. Optional: Repeat Step 5 until you have finished modifying the classification(s).

  7. Click Save to commit the edited information, or click Cancel to abort the changes. Once Save is clicked, the browse screen will update with any changes.
