Housing Dashboard - Inmate Move Panel

1. Access the Housing Dashboard from the Tools menu, and search for the inmate who needs to be moved.

2. Select the inmate move hyperlink in the Individual Inmate panel.  This cause the panels to switch from Inmate Information Panel to Inmate Move Panel.

3. The top left section of the panel will contain a dock and expand icon from left to right.  The dock icon will allow the user to hide the panel, while the expand icon will take the panel to a full screen view.
   
   
   

4. The Cancel Move hyperlink will allows you to go back to the last view before the inmate move was initialized.

5. The Cancel Move popup allows you to cancel the inmate move and return to the main housing dashboard.
   
   
   

6.  The Yes button will complete the cancel move, and the No button will close the Cancel Move popup.

Notes:

• Reason for Assignment is a dropdown, but can be editable with text if configured in the System Parameters.  To change this, navigate to Settings>System Parameters>Housing.  Choose Housing from the Select a Module dropdown.  Select Y (yes) in the row for Allow Reason for Assignment Dropdown to be Editable to allow text editing, or choose N (no) to keep the field as a dropdown only.  

• To change the label of housing locations (Floor, Bed, Pod, etc.) choose System Parameters from the Settings menu, then choose Housing from the Select a Module dropdown.
